I liked the room that we stayed in. It was clean and modern looking. The shower was huge and beautiful! The young lady that greeted us and checked us in at the front desk was very friendly.

This area of Cleveland seems very depressed, and there are many empty strip malls and other signs of blight. However, if you need to stay in the area (we are parents of a kid at Oberlin), this is a *great* hotel among a number of hotels choices that are *really* grubby. Very clean, very safe, very new and modern. I've stayed at Courtyard Marriott hotels while traveling on business for years, and this one was the nicest I've experienced. Do stay here if you must be in this strange part of Ohio!

I like going to a hotel that I dont have to worry about what its going to be like. The rooms are always clean, beds are comfortable, staff is friendly. Always a good experience.

Very nice accommodations. Quiet even though close to toll road. Front desk staff very nice and helpful.
